I've been visiting bektash for the past 2 years from their Mg road outlet and their now recently opened willingdon island outlet. Now the food here is just too good here with exceptional customer service. Yesterday 7/8/2026 I had ordered few items from here and out of which my kebab roll was missing, after reaching they called me and said there's one item missing and that they would like to deliver it for me, initially I hesitated and said it's alright I'll just pick it up or claim it next time when I visit. They told me they will deliver itself. My house is 5-6kms away from here and this was during 12AM. They delivered my fresh hot kebab roll. This gesture of customer service is in needed of a 5 Star review, and I would like to thank the staff again who brought it to my house ❤. Thank you bektash ✨❤

Excellent service, I had ordered a mandi, but it was delayed due to some unforeseen reasons. The staff sincerely apologized and served me a complimentary chicken shawarma while I waited, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I've had their mandi before, and it's absolutely delicious. They serve one of the best mandis around the Willingdon Island area,definitely better than many other places nearby. Great food and excellent customer service. Highly recommended
